Potrero Hill Neighborhood (94107 & 94124) (9e)
Potrero Hill is the neighborhood roughly between Division and Townsend to the north, and Cesar Chavez to the south, and Potrero and 101 to the west and 280 to the east. It is a quiet neighborhood, great for young families and couples who want to be near but not inside the faster paced action of the City. It is also known for its sunny weather. There are Victorians, condos and interesting buildings built up along the Hill. Many of the houses on Potrero Hill offer great views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay. Portrero Hill is bounded by the freeways with 280 to the east and 101 to the west, Potrero has the feel of being a self-contained world onto itself.

Design District is in the northern part of Potrero Hill roughly between 7th St, Townsend, Henry Adams St and 16th St. It consists of many furniture, and interior designer retail establishments servicing most of San Francisco's high end clientele.
Jackson Playground offers a a play structure, sand area, two baseball diamonds and tennis and basketball courts. It is located between Arkansas St and Carolina St and 17th St and Mariposa St. Parkscan Info. Review Yelp.
