Pine Lake Park is the neighborhood south of Wawona, north of Sloat, east of Sunset Blvd and west of 19th Ave. This neighborhood has higher rents and real estate prices typically than what is found further north in the Parkside Neighborhood. This area provides easy access to Pine Lake and Stern Grove parks. Stern Grove offers free outdoor concerts during the summer. Parking can be challenging when there are concerts or events taking place in Stern Grove.
