The Outer Mission is the neighborhood located south of Geneva and 280, north of Mission and the Southern border of San Francisco with Daly City, east of 280 and west of Mission and Geneva. Note although this neighborhood is named the Outer Mission it has no connection and is far from the more popular Inner Mission Neighborhood. This neighborhood is located far to the south and borders Daly City. The houses in the Outer Mission are primarily attached single family homes. The primary commercial corridor is Mission St. There is easy access to 280 from here and public transportation is readily available with the Balboa BART and MUNI station located just north of this neighborhood.
