Ingelside Terrace is the neighborhood south of Ocean, north of Holloway, east of Junipero Serra, and west of Ashton. Many of the detached homes in this neighborhood are large with both front and backyards. The closer you get to Holloway the least expensive properties and rentals become. Ocean Avenue provides is the commercial district with stores and restaurants. This area is often subject to fog. As for public transportation the M street car connects this neighborhood to downtown.
